OnSiteDentistry is an effective office management system that meets our practice’s needs. I am the Office Manager for a mobile onsite dental practice and we have used OnSiteDentistry for several years. We have found the system to be accurate and fast. Patient information is simple to enter, and the system allows our staff to open and work in multiple screens at one time.

The patient information screens display complete patient demographics and financial information without viewing multiple screens. The system enables one to view other information by clicking on links without taking multiple steps. 

Scheduling is fast and provides our staff necessary information on one daily schedule report. Posting of charges from the schedule serves as a check and balance for us ensuring charges are not missed.

OnSiteDentistry is web-based which makes the operation fast and accessible from any internet source. Our clients and patients have controlled access to specific areas within the system. Our doctors can access patients’ records at any time while they are out of the office.

The system allows multiple users at various security levels. The notes section allows our users adequate space to make proper notes on treatment and communication regarding our patients.

The support staff is friendly, professional and responsive to our questions or concerns in a timely manner with very little work interruption. l also appreciate that the updates to the system have always been during non-working hours.

We are extremely happy with this system and feel we are using a system that meets our needs as a mobile practice. OnSiteDentistry enables us to perform our daily business responsibilities safely and securely.

I have been using OnSiteDentistry.com for the past 7 years and I must say this web-based application meets the needs of a multi-location practice better than any dental software package I have ever used. All of our patient records can be accessed from any location where there is an internet connection! This allows many of our skilled nursing facility social workers to access schedules without having to call our office. A web-based application like OnSiteDentistry.com also gives our doctors the freedom to directly access patient records in the field, without the burden of carrying cumbersome patient file records. The application is very user and doctor friendly. . .I would recommend it to anyone with a mobile practice, or a multi-location practice.
